Solution

Provide employees with an easy way to check and be notified about new required learnings.

In 2022 over 42,085 jobs had been lost due to incompletion of outstanding learnings, that employees were not aware of or forgot about.

Required learnings were only available on the web platform, Learning Network, which was not mobile responsive and hard to access during work.
